Art decor pieces are fragile. How do you ensure safe shipping?
All items are packed with custom-molded high-density foam, heavy-duty corrugated cartons, and reinforced wooden crates (where needed) to ensure complete protection during international transit.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged or defective?
Please take photos of the damaged item and outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our customer service. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund promptly.
Which countries do you ship to, and what is the delivery timeframe?
We ship globally. In-stock orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days, with international air delivery taking16-25 business days. Custom or made-to-order items follow lead times stated on the product page.
Are destination customs duties and import taxes included in the order price?
Unless specified at checkout, prices do not include destination customs duties or VAT. Any applicable import taxes are subject to local regulations and handled directly with customs or courier.
